If you are a new customer, after 10/15/07, you will need to go back to the home page and choose the option "Sign Up Now" to set up your account. You will need to call the main office to get your account number if you do not have your account number. Please call 901-578-9333

Use your email address as your User Log In ID, then use your account number as your password or use one of your choosing. If you use your own unique password, please keep it for future use.

If you have previously signed up with your User Log In ID as your name rather than your email address, continue using that. However, all new customers should use their email address.

Instructions for making payments:

To pay your bill, simply click on the "Pay My Bill" button. You will then be taken to a log in screen.

Your log in ID (user name) will be either be your first initial, then last name, with no spaces or punctuation or your email address. If your parking account is registered as a business, rather than a personal name, please call or email us for your log in ID (user name).

In the second box (password), input your account number or the password you have previously designated, if you have one assigned to your account. If you forget your password, please send us an email requesting such.

Some customers do not have account numbers assigned, in this case your user log in ID and account number (password) are the same.

Once you have signed on, please select the location for which you are paying from the list generated below on that screen .
